MMENTO™ is a trademark and trading name operated by Display Group LTD. References in these legal documents to "MMENTO", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Display Group LTD acting under the MMENTO™ brand.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is informational in nature. It presents the MMENTO™ ecosystem of products — including the MMENTO App, MMENTO Explore, and MMENTO AI — and may include features such as informational pages, contact forms, and waitlist forms.

Account creation, paid subscriptions, and use of MMENTO™ services occur through the MMENTO mobile application, not through the Website.

3. Intellectual Property

The MMENTO™ name and logo are trademarks of Display Group LTD. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

4. Liability

Display Group LTD makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, it does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions, or interruptions, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
