Delete your MMENTO account
You can delete your MMENTO account and all your data at any time.
From the app
- Open MMENTO and sign in.
- Go to your Profile → Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your email and type
DELETE. - Tap Schedule deletion.
Deletion runs 30 days later. During that period you can restore your account by signing in again. After 30 days it is permanent.
No access to the app
Send us a request through the contact form, using the email address you registered with and picking Other as the topic. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile: name, nickname, email and photo
- Your content: magic items, categories and tags
- Gamification: badges, streak and ✦ balance
- Preferences, settings and push notification tokens
What is retained
